MODEL RELEASE

I irrevocably authorize, JENNIFER GONZALEZ PHOTOGRAPHY, JENNIFER GONZALEZ employees, heirs and assignees, to use images of me, my family or my property and authorize use and publishing rights of images, photographs pictures or portraits taken. These images may be used in any media and may include composite images, digitally manipulated representations for the purpose of publicity, illustration, commercial work, advertising, sale, publishing or any products or services by JENNIFER GONZALEZ PHOTOGRAPHY and/or JENNIFER GONZALEZ. I waive my rights to review and approve the use of these images.

JENNIFER GONZALEZ PHOTOGRAPHY, JENNIFER GONZALEZ, and employees retain all copyright ownership of all images created as a result of this contract and images may not be reproduced or duplicated for any reason without our express written permission. This includes digital scanning, posting on websites such as Facebook or other social media or any other reproduction without permission.
